As a premium real estate developer we believe our growth depends on continued improvement in our existing properties, portfolio additions from new development and timely acquisitions. Hence, our operations for our envisioned projects span across various aspects of real estate development, such as land identification and acquisition, project planning, designing, marketing and execution. Since 2002 we have been acquiring vast extents of land to furnish our many vision projects in and around Hyderabad. We have started to implement our first envisioned projects with the Forest Ridge township of concept villas at the prime location of Shamirpet in Secunderabad.
