Project Design

The project was designed to stay close to the serenity and the original setting of rolling hills, rocks, trees and the pond. The layout was developed in-house using satellite images to preserve the natural setting. The roads are woven between the hills and are part of the natural contours of the land, thus avoiding the creation of a concrete jungle. The elements of brown stone, green trees and blue waters remain prominent.
